Steven McDavitt is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation. Additionally, he is involved with advocacy efforts related to physical therapy in all 50 states – advocacy of scope of practice standards education and regulation efforts for physical therapy as a profession.

Steven McDavitt is a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with children and adolescents. He has experience treating depression and anxiety related disorders as well as behavioral difficulties in children. Steven is capable of writing medico-legal reports as well as conducting training seminars on child and adolescent mental health for General Practitioners. Steven has been practicing as a psychologist for over 10 years; currently in St Marys.

Nathan leaves behind his wife Alexis, sons Adam and Nathan, parents Philip and Jeanette Middleton-Sudano, stepfather Samuel Sudano, sister Sarah and many nieces and nephews in Maryland and Idaho. As an active member of his church and Boy Scout Troop 855 he participated in two 100 mile hikes as well as mentoring younger scouts.

Steven Mcdavitt has over 45 years of professional experience as a physical therapist. He holds both Catherine Worthingham Fellowship in the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapists and American Physical Therapy Association membership; additionally, he serves as clinical instructor at South College’s School of Physical Therapy in Knoxville Tennessee as well as adjunct clinical assistant professorships with both colleges of Health Professions at Mercer University.

As a certified AAOMPT clinician and educator, he specializes in complex cases for adults and children alike. With extensive experience evaluating and treating conditions like depression, anxiety, pain, interpersonal difficulties, cognitive problems, behavioral issues, medico-legal evaluation and medico-legal assessment he is recognized for presenting these topics at national and international conferences on these subjects as well as leading outreach of physical therapist practice initiatives across advocacy, scope of practice standards education regulation payment across all states.

Personal Life

Steven McDavitt was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who is remembered by his wife Kimberly McDavitt and three of their four children: Paul Stephen McDavitt, Aaron Richard McDavitt and Daniel John Hoening. Additionally he leaves behind his mother Charline; brother Robert Arthur McDavitt (and partner Rich Ward), Tammy Silver with partner Rich Ward as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He served as president of the AAOMPT Foundation for Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy before serving on both APTA’s Manipulation Task Force and Orthopedic Section Practice Committee, providing him with extensive expertise in manipulative therapy osteopathy; an honor bestowed upon him with being awarded both the Catherine Worthingham Fellow status by both organizations.

Registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and an active member of the Australian Psychological Society, he offers services under various schemes such as Medicare, WorkCover and CTP and can also produce cognitive and medico-legal assessment reports.

Steve graduated with honors from Assumption College in 1994 and has over two decades of experience working in the investment and insurance field. He serves as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network and holds their Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation; managing assets for individuals, families and small business retirement plans in Leominster MA along with his wife and their three sons.

McDevitt trained Lita and Micki James with Baltimore Monster Factory before establishing Maryland Championship Wrestling of his own. Thereafter he feuded with Adam Flash and Zachary Shane as part of his wrestling career – as well as running his professional wrestling blog! Additionally he currently operates Bone Breakers Pro Wrestling Training Center in Halethorpe Maryland.
