Holley is a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and specializes in antitrust issues. He represents companies and individuals before both federal and state courts as well as in arbitration or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

His experience includes providing advice to clients in connection with mergers, federal trade commission and antitrust division investigations and litigation initiated by private parties or state attorneys general, including securities, copyright, patent and complex commercial disputes.

Before joining UMMC, Holley served as CEO of Dita Group where he oversaw the acceleration and successful sale of two consumer-centric brands. He earned both his undergraduate degree at Northeast Mississippi Community College as well as an MBA degree from Ole Miss.

Holley is a much sought-after bassist and clinician, having performed at numerous state, national, and international conferences as a performer, master class participant, or speaker.
