Early Life and Education
Paula George was born into a Jamaican family that has long supported its communities. She received her early education in Jamaica before studying law at the University of London. Upon returning home, Paula practiced law as an attorney.
In 2010, she was honored with the Commonwealth Award for her contributions to the community and named Ambassador of Investment and Philanthropy by the government of Jamaica.
Dr. George is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with expertise in breast imaging, including 3D mammography, ultrasound and MRI. She performs Magseed localizations and needle wire localizations as well as researching the advantages of supplementary screening exams. Dr. George holds memberships with both the American College of Radiology and Radiological Society of North America.

Paula George has had a storied and successful career in the entertainment industry. She’s appeared on television, in films, plays, nightclubs and USO tours alike. Additionally, Paula George holds an attorney license, working with real estate transactions as well as title insurance policies.
She is currently employed as a Quality/Technical Analyst for the Defense Logistics Agency and acts as its GIDEP representative (Government-Industry Data Exchange Program). Since 2010, she has been responsible for creating standards to prevent counterfeit electrical, electronic and electromechanical parts – for which she serves as Chair of the G-19 Committee. In her capacity as Chair of this committee she frequently represents clients in enforcement actions and investigations before OFAC, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and Bureau of Industry & Security as well as SAE International counterfeit prevention committees.
