Early Life and Education

Oliver had limited education during his early life; in fact he did not even go to school the first year he arrived because he was too young. However, by age 13, Oliver managed to enter fourth grade.

Polly Taylor was active in church while her husband Fred Taylor worked in coal mines; their home was rather modest but Polly would rent rooms out when necessary. Oliver recalls attending a meeting in Barnsley with six or seven women singing the song, “High on the Mountain Top.”

His first family was in Mendon, and they took turns taking him back to Logan on weekends for classes with Peter Marshans as their teacher in the back rock room of Logan Schoolhouse.

Achievement and Honors

Unique Hardwood Floors was founded by Oliver and Dzenan in 2002. Both originally hailing from Germany, they learned their trade here in America before opening a store/showroom where customers could come in. As with all companies operating under their care, Unique Hardwood Floors maintains general liability insurance as well as workman’s comp insurance to cover both themselves and their crew members.

Rowan was selected by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) as one of its 2019 Ones to Watch. She actively contributes as both member and mentor in her local chapter of ASID.

Net Worth

Oliver has made himself known in South Florida’s luxury residential real estate sales market with his expertise in luxury real estate sales, off campus student housing development and investments. Working primarily with high net worth clients such as builders, developers and investors through OMB capital acquisition group. When not working or golfing he enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Layla.

Since 1995, s.Oliver has been operating 173 shops, a logistics center, and 2,507 sales floors worldwide. Their turnover has quadrupled since 1999 as they become one of Europe’s 20 largest fashion companies with 1,991 store partnerships worldwide and their products sold through online channels; all managed under LL Flooring Holdings Inc in Richmond Virginia.
