Moraima Escarlet Vasquez Flores, a Puppy Found Abandoned in a Park
During the summer of 2013, Moraima Escarlet, a puppy, was found abandoned in a park in California. According to the report, the dog had suffered from injuries. However, the owner of the dog has refused to comment on the case.
Kidnapper
Until last month, the most important thing about Moraima Escarlet Vasquez Flores was that she was a kidnapper. But last month, she was found guilty and sentenced to 27 years in prison. It turns out she was not the only kidnapper in her network. The indictment alleges that Vasquez Flores kidnapped minors in foreign countries and sold audiovisual recordings of abuse to buyers.
In September of 2020, Vasquez Flores was arrested in Colombia. She was extradited to the United States. She was accused of sending Fiore an edgy video, which depicted sadistic abuse of a pre-adolescent boy. She was also charged with aiding and abetting the receipt of child pornography.
Vasquez Flores allegedly posed as a slave and made a video of torturing and kidnapping a “slave” in Venezuela. She then sold the video to Fiore for about $600 in Amazon gift cards.
According to the indictment, Fiore paid Vasquez Flores $4,000 to make a second video. He also reportedly expressed interest in purchasing a video of a slave’s kidnapping and torture.
Producer of child pornography
During a hearing, Sean Fiore, 37, admitted that he paid a woman in Venezuela to film child pornography. According to Fiore, he was contacted by a woman through a secure messaging app. He then agreed to pay $4,000 to make a video. He delivered the money in the form of Amazon gift cards. Fiore also apologized to the victims in the courtroom.
The charges against Fiore are part of a larger investigation into child pornography. A number of search warrants were executed at Fiore’s home. Several of his digital media devices were also seized. The search warrants were based on cyber tips to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Fiore’s plea agreement states that Fiore was interested in buying a video of someone inflicting physical abuse on a child. He provided the woman in Venezuela with the exact specifications of the video he wanted to buy. He also told her how he planned to contact her in the future.
