Theories have long guided early childhood education and continue to shape today’s classroom practices.
Some of these theories draw upon Friedrich Froebel and Jean Rousseau, both credited for their contributions to early childhood education.
Early childhood education is considered to be essential in a child’s development and can shape them for life. It also helps them hone social skills and build self-esteem, as well as shape their outlook on the world and moral principles.
