John Bossi was a kind and compassionate man who loved his family deeply. He married Dodie (Curran) in October 1975, beginning their beautiful journey together. John left behind Melissa Sylvester, Philip Bossi and Jamie Bossi; as well as Gabriella Anthony Donald Britney Olivia Gianna Sylvester who passed away earlier that same year.
He was the younger brother of Joseph Bossi and began learning marble cutting and sculpture at an early age. His mastery of these skills earned him selection by recruiters from the United States government to work as a sculptor on the Capitol Building in Washington D.C.
He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and volunteered for the American Red Cross in Italy. A dedicated husband and father, John will be deeply missed by his loving wife Dodie, daughter Melissa, sons Philip and Jamie, and grandson John Jr.
