Heather And Terry Dubrow New House
Terry and Heather Dubrow Sell Their Newport Beach Mansion for $55 Million
Earlier this week, renowned plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow and wife Heather Walsh, the stars of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Orange County”, sold their Newport Beach mansion for $55 million. It’s the third-highest price ever paid for a home in Orange County. The deal was handled by Josh Altman, a Los Angeles real estate broker. However, the buyer’s identity remains unclear. And since it was an all-cash transaction, the name of the buyer hasn’t been revealed publicly.
The new home in question is located in a prestigious Century condominium tower in the heart of L.A. It’s an ultra-luxe home that boasts four-and-a-half bathrooms, two large bedrooms, a private sauna, and a private terrace. The penthouse also features a bar alcove with luxe-looking glassware and marble countertops. It’s a sophisticated homage to a five-star hotel.
There are plenty of other luxurious features in the Dubrows’ home. A custom-made costume closet in the basement, for example, is an excellent example. A personalized gift-wrapping area is another. There’s also a color-changing pool in the backyard. And if you’re into watching movies, there’s a 24-seat movie theater. There’s also a trough in the kitchen. The bathroom features a heated towel drawer, as well as a custom-designed, personalized gift-wrapping area.
The house itself is a work of art, and Heather had the vision to put it together. She designed every aspect of the home, and she picked out every detail, including the marble flooring, the granite countertops, the wood finishes, the marble shower, the fireplace, the chandeliers, the hidden bathroom, and the etched women. She even brought a few RHOC cast members down to Mexico to see it.
Terry and Heather have been married for nearly eight years and they have four children, ages five to thirteen. They also have a vacation home in Idaho, which the couple will begin construction on later this year. Until then, they are reportedly still living in Orange County.
The duo’s mansion has a lot of great design elements, but the “biggest thing” in the house is actually the “metal-on-glass” etchings on the wall. The etched women in the room are a work of art. Each is etched with four birds, and each has a nest with two eggs. This is a very small example of the many etched pieces in the home.
A few other notable details in the Dubrows’ home are a large glass table and two large silver thrown-like chairs in the entryway. There’s also a glass door and a metal square ceiling with a light fixture. There’s also a secret door in the bathroom. It’s almost exactly the same as the etched women. And of course, the bee and the etched tree are a nod to Heather and Terry’s grandmother.
Other noteworthy features include a hidden bar in the office, a hammered silver sink and marble countertops in the bar alcove, and a mirrored closet with a matching chandelier in the master bedroom. The basement also has a custom-made costume closet and a foosball table.
