Jessie is the antagonist in the anime series Electric Tale of Pikachu. James is the one who is the opposite. They were supposed help Giovanni catch Pokemon, but they failed miserably. Giovanni wasn’t ready to let them go due to their inability to follow his orders. In addition, the anime shows that they developed a romantic relationship and later get married and have children together.
