Dwayne Johnson’s Prosthetic Forehead

During his wrestling days, Dwayne Johnson suffered a serious injury to his forehead, which required him to wear a prosthetic forehead. The prosthetic is held in place by a Velcro mechanism. Without the prosthesis, Johnson would be known as “Dwayne the Ugly.”
