After auditioning for “American Idol” in Denver, Daughtry won the show and received a Golden Ticket to Hollywood. He later performed “Hemorrhage in My Hands” by Fuel. His song has received over one million views on YouTube. As a result, Daughtry has become a household name.
Daughtry is a Christian. He and his wife, Deanna, have four children together. He also has two children from Deanna’s first marriage. Daughtry cited that not advancing in the competition was because fans thought he was safe. He left the show on May 10, 2006. This is his second solo album.
