Yarbrough appeals the prosecutor’s misconduct during voir dire and the district court’s denial of his motion for a mistrial. Additionally, he believes the sentencing judge erred by using Jessica’s Law instead of the general sentencing scheme when sentencing him to life imprisonment with parole eligibility.
