ADAM converters enable users to take advantage of RS-422 and RS-485 connections on systems initially equipped with standard RS-232 ports, without needing to modify host hardware or software. They transparently convert standard RS-232 signals to isolated RS-422 or RS-485 signals without altering host hardware and software.

Opto-isolators provide 500 VDC of isolation to protect the host computer from destructive voltages on RS-485 data lines, and allow use of half-duplex software written for RS-232 without modification.

Professional Career

Adam competes in indoor and outdoor lead climbing competitions worldwide and has nearly always won. Additionally, he’s won several Bouldering World Cup championships; making him the only man ever to claim both titles simultaneously!

Adam began onsighting 5.12c routes by the age of eight, meaning he was able to climb them without knowing any information, or beta, regarding them beforehand. At nine, he redpointed one route.

Adam has extensive experience with municipal and private finance, such as bond issues, project financing, public improvement districts, tax increment financing and debt restructuring. Additionally, he serves on the Louisiana Bondsmen’s Association Board of Directors and belongs to the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

Personal Life

Adam is proud of his marriage to Jackie, an award-winning TV actor known for roles on shows like HBO’s Girls and Showtime’s Billions. They have been together since 2003 and their affection is evident in films like Give or Take, Listen Up Philip and Gayby – where they worked side-by-side. Off set Jackie works as a social worker at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital which provides emotional, financial and educational support for victims of spinal cord injuries; additionally she coordinates an arts program she co-created with Adam that brings culture directly into military personnel and veterans’ lives through a theater program they established together with Adam.
